Meet Linda Madison, Founder / CEO of Lead By Change, LLC

Linda is a dedicated and accomplished business executive who founded Lead By Change, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofit organizations, accounting and finance, and human resources. She combines a wealth of hands-on expertise with cutting-edge research in strategic leadership and succession planning in nonprofits.

As a Doctoral candidate in Strategic Leadership, Linda's doctoral research focuses on empowering nonprofits with sustainable leadership models and effective succession planning strategies, ensuring long-term organizational growth and stability.

Previously, as Vice President of Finance and Operations at a community-based organization, Linda was responsible for driving strategic growth and overseeing key functions including investment management, finance, accounting, information technology, and human capital. Her success in this role highlights her strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership abilities.

As principal consultant at Lead By Change, Linda has catalyzed positive change across various organizations in the Northwest Pacific since 2000. Her expertise spans nonprofit finance, strategic planning, treasury functions, and organizational restructuring, making her a pivotal asset to any enterprise.

Outside of work, Linda is deeply committed to her community, actively supporting local development and businesses. She provides personal coaching, empowering individuals to navigate critical moments in both their personal and professional journeys.

Linda holds an MBA in HR Management and has completed the Executive Finance and Leadership Program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Her academic achievements reflect her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
